We are just minutes away from both the scenic St. Croix River Valley and the urban influences of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Our business philosophy is built on the idea of conserving and enhancing our natural environment. 

At Penman Construction, our goal is to create unique and environmentally minded spaces that function efficiently and are visually appealing. We contract one job at a time allowing us to focus on the specific needs of each project.
